I’m Matt Hefti, a top-producing real estate agent in the Coulee Region, a former home inspector, and a dad to two great kids. This is where I grew up, where I’m raising my family, and the place I’m proud to call home.

I’ve grown with it.
I was born and raised in the Coulee Region, and I’ve watched it blossom over the years. New neighborhoods, growing communities, familiar places finding a new chapter. I’ve seen a lot of that change firsthand.
There isn’t a neighborhood here I don’t know. But knowing the area means more to me than knowing street names. It’s the river access, the ball fields, the places to grab a good meal, and the little things that make everyday life feel like yours.
When someone is deciding where to put down roots, that local perspective matters. I want to help you find a home that fits the way you actually live.
MY FAVORITE TITLE IS DAD
Beckham. Evelyn.
And Biscuit.
I’m a father of two: my son, Beckham, and my five-year-old daughter, Evelyn. Add our dog, Biscuit, and there’s rarely a dull moment around our house.
A lot of my favorite time is spent at the ball field cheering on Beckham and watching Evelyn become her own person. I love seeing what interests them, what makes them laugh, and who they’re growing into.
Some of our best nights are the simple ones: a good meal, a campfire when the air turns cool, or a movie in the backyard with the family. Those are the moments that make a house feel like home to me.

Give me a summer
on the river.
I spend as much of the summer on the river as I can. Fishing, golfing, and getting outside are always high on my list. I enjoy traveling, too, but there’s a lot to love right here.

Usually working
on something.
I enjoy working on my house and taking on a good DIY project. Health and fitness are a big part of my life, and I like making time for both.
03 / OUT & ABOUT
Good food.
A good crowd.
Concerts, professional sporting events, and a great meal are all reasons to get out. And plenty of days, hanging out with the kids is exactly where I want to be.

Before real estate,
I inspected homes.
My background as a home inspector shapes the way I look at a property. I pay attention to more than the finishes and the photos. I’m looking at condition, maintenance, and the things that may deserve a closer look.
That experience is one part of how I advocate for buyers and sellers. I’ll give you a straight answer, point out what I notice, and help you work through your options so you can make an informed decision.
