Yes. We can start with a conversation about your goals, review homes together, and arrange virtual showings. I’ll share what I notice and help coordinate the next steps. We’ll also discuss when an in-person visit makes sense.

How do I narrow down where to live?

Start with your daily routine: where you’ll work, what you want nearby, your budget, and the kind of home you’re looking for. We can compare communities and commute routes, then focus your search. The Coulee Region Guide is a good place to begin.

What if I need to sell before I move?

We’ll talk through the timing of your sale and purchase, financing questions for your lender, and options to discuss in an offer. If you’re selling outside my service area, I can help you connect with an agent there and coordinate the timelines.
